Terms of Sale

• Merchandise may be returned within the first seven days after purchase for a full refund.
• After this time, only store credit will be issued.
• No return on earrings, under state law.
• No return on engraved items.
• No return on custom made merchandise.
• No return on damaged merchandise.
• No return on any item not in its original condition, as determined by the store owner.

Custom Made Merchandise

• All custom made jewelry requires a 20% non-refundable deposit.
• Custom made jewelry may take approximately 2 to 4 weeks and sometimes longer depending on the intricacy of the design.
• Any changes in design or setting after final approval will result in additional charges.

Layaway

• 90 day layaway.
• No refund on layaway.
• 15% restocking fee.
• Store credit on return layaway only.

Checks

• Checks will require two forms of photo ID.
• Returned checks: customer will be charged a $20.00 fee and will be required to reimburse the initial charge plus the $20.00 fee in cash.
